How I believe my coworker can lose some weight
Denny has been a coworker in the office I work in for the past six years. Last month I was informed that he and I would be sharing an office. This was okay with me; however Danny’s a pretty big guy and takes up a lot of room. The second day we were sharing an office Denny asked me,in hished tones, if I could help him lose weight. He said the reason he was asking me was because I hit the gym three times a week and was very slim. I mentioned the fat loss 4 idiots diet my sister had been doing. I told him that she had lost over 27 pounds.
