I own a lot of sweatshirts and I use them all the time to workout in. Because I work full time, I have to get up really early if I want to get my morning run in and it can be pretty cold. Wearing a sweatshirt is great for this and even if it isn’t very cold I still wear them to work out in because they are comfortable. I will often get into my sweats when ever I know I am just going to be home for the rest of the day. Those kind of days are the best because I can just relax at home in comfortable clothes.

My kids have been doing a great job taking care of their fish. I was not sure how they would do since we had never had any pets before. But, I am very proud of them and would like to show them that I think they are doing a good job. I have been shopping online for an Aquarium Light. I do not know a lot about these things and I have been learning the ins and outs of the the tank along with my kids. But I am hoping to learn more about them by shopping for one on the Internet.

It was quite alarming to learn that indoor air can be 5 times as polluted as that outdoors. After reading several air purifiers reviews in that vein, it was definitely high time to get an air purifier to maintain good air quality! Well, yes, maybe the reviews were exaggerating some facts to get readers to buy air purifiers, but it’s undeniable that the air we breathe has become increasingly polluted over the years. Now that I think of it, I don’t hear the birds singing in the trees anymore. The windows too, have a tendency to build up a layer of dust more quickly than before as well.

Friends pass away. This was the bitter truth that I had to accept when a close friend died and soon after my best friend followed. I was lost. I could not reconcile how good people could die when they seemingly still had their lives set out for them. I guess it will never be easy when friends or loved ones pass away. Those of us who are left behind have no other choice but to start healing and hopefully move on from the loss. It has been over six months since the deaths. I still cry sometimes but the hurt is slowly easing away.
