A Washington State Bankruptcy court opened the doors to new laws to attack creditor abuse in the Ninth Circuit. In doing so, the Walls v. Wells Fargo no longer limits debtors to a discretionary “contempt remedy” by a bankruptcy judge for pursuing discharged debts against certain bill collectors. Rather, a strict liability lawsuit may also now be filed against certain debt collectors under state and federal law. The issue arises where a bankruptcy filing discharge has been entered and a new debt scavenger buys the discharged debt and attempts to collect. And yes, believe it or not, discharged debt is bought and sold on Wall Street all the time! While the Ninth Circuit Law has limited any remedy to going back to beg the bankruptcy judge for help, the new case from Washington makes the distinction that this is no longer necessary since a creditor-debtor relationship never existed. Instead, the debtor can now pursue the bill collector under the Federal Fair Debt Collections Practices Act and other State Collection Laws.

The beauty pageant was one week away and I still hadn’t dropped those stubborn last five pounds. I had tried, but water retention was working against me. Someone mentioned a bromacleanse, a safe, natural way to attain my goal weight. I tried one, following the directions exactly. The results were better than I had expected. I actually dropped six pounds. The really good news is that I feel as if I have more energy too. I don’t seem so tired. I am determined to keep the weight off by monitoring what goes into my newly cleaned system. No more trashy food for me. Oh, yes! I won the pageant too!

I am waiting for my girl friend to have our third child at the minute and boy is it dragging on. I do not mind too much as good things come to those who wait but it is wreaking havoc with my work and training schedule. I currently swim 4 times per week and I am still taking my protein, I currently use USN 100% Whey and I think it is one of the best protein powders on the market, especially in chocolate flavour. I would recommend it to people on a lower carb does as it helps keep the calories low.

I was just reading through a newspaper online, and I saw a story about a disease called Mesothelioma. Apparently it is caused by asbestos, or more accurately, when the asbestos is removed in an improper way. Asbestos isn’t that harmful until it is disturbed, because it’s the airborne fibres which, when inhaled, become lodged in your lungs and air passages. It can actually cause cancer, and according to reports, cases are on the increase. So just a word of warning for anyone out there who may have or has had contact with asbestos. Just thought it was something people should be more aware of.

There are a number of terminologies coined due to the expansion of internet technology. But since circumstances will lead you to make use of the net, you ought to know some, if not most of them. To increase your vocabulary, get to know the meanings of two terminologies, web based and knowledge base software, so that you can take advantage of them when you make dealings through the net.
Web base software is simply the software that you make use of when you click on a web browser. If you have found yourself making use of Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo Mail, then web base software is no longer strange to you since these three are web base software. What make it good for anyone especially for those who have business are the facts that it serves as safe locations to save your important data, it puts into one place all your confidential data, and it allows you to retrieve your data anytime and anywhere. knowledge base software is not much different. It also allows you to save your information to which your distributors and resellers can have access too at any time of the day and anywhere in the world.

In case a disaster ever hits my area, I want my family to be taken care of. We have stockpiled some bottled water, batteries and food that will not go bad, such as a meal ready to eat. We have a few cases that have a variety of different meals so that if a disaster every occurred we would be able to survive a week on the MRE meals that I have purchased. I feel safer knowing that my family would no go hungry if a hurricane, earthquake or other natural disaster were to hit my area and leave us without power.

My husband and I just recently did a whole remodel on our master bathroom. It had a 70′s motif going on with panel walls, an old porcelain tub, and marigold colored sink. It was disgusting and the last big job in our fixer-upper home. My husband did most of the work himself and left all the finishing touches up to me. I have to say that my best find in this project was from a Bathroom Shower Rods site online. My new shower road is concave and allows for more room in our tub. I love it. It definitely was the finishing touch to our new modern-style bathroom.

Yesterday, I went to the hospital to have my flu shots. Since I was too early for my appointment, I have to wait for my turn outside and stay at the hallway. There are no vacant seats near the clinic so I have to settle for the seats across it, near the OB-Gyne clinic. The door was slightly ajar so I can’t help but hear (or more on eavesdropping) what the patient and the doctor was talking about. The patient was asking the doctor on healthy ways to get pregnant. Hearing it really made me blush. The doctor told her something, more of health teachings on conceiving. I wasn’t able to finish their conversation because my physician already called me up for my turn.
