On your bed you lay vertically on your back – what does that mean? Do you mean lay on your side? Because at the end of the exercise, you say to switch sides.As far as I know, I have no sides to my back. Laying on the back is laying on the back, there are no sides involved. I can see how this will help deepen my voice. Tilt your head back and forth, up and down – do you mean left and right and then up and down, starting from the middle neutral position? And then when do we hold for ten seconds? And, what is the neutral position if you are laying with your head and shoulders of the bed, how much further can you go down, if you are already hanging down? And do I lay on my back or on my side, which changes the entire exercise.

For anyone who is getting tired of doing all the accounting paperwork, a great solution is to look into accounting on demand. I have decided that is the best thing to do because it seems like it will work for everything I had some problems with. After several years of living in a tiny apartment, I am finally moving to a house with a yard. I don’t know who is more excited, me or my dog. My new job promotion boosted my pay to a level where I can afford house payments. My credit card bills might be high for a while though because I ordered all new furniture, including a new patio set. But I expect all my new things to last for many years. I even purchased patio table covers to ensure a long life for my fancy outdoor tables. I plan on doing a lot of celebrating with my friends on my back deck.
