Eating for energy taught me the correct foods to eat and has left me feeling vitalised with loads of energy. I have the lost those extra 3 holiday kilos and am looking and feeling great.
I have switched to eating raw fruits and veggies. I have never eaten much meat to begin with, but I do like fish and poultry, so it is hard to give those up. I really appreciate that although you are close to being a vegan, you do not pressure in your book to become one. I have incorporated raw diet plan into my diet and have got great results.

I don’t think I realized the power a gift has until I bought one that changed my daughters life. I didn’t say it changed it positively did I? No, when I bought my daughter an Edward lifesize standup her whole universe changed. She would pack that cutout everywhere she went. You could catch her talking to him and tell him things. It is as if she truly believed it was real, I have to admit it is pretty life-like. We started to worry about her mentally. One day she seemed to be beaming more so than usual her confidence changed and she didn’t need the standup anymore.
