A few military to civilian resume tips

Transitioning from the military to a private sectorjob isn’t easy and, if you did your homework, you already know that preparingyour new resume is probably the most complex part. So here are a few tips to help you prepare your military to civilian resume: First define the objective for your new civilian career. Then make sure your resume speaks to the employers in their own words (you will need to have all the military jargon translated in plain words).  Also, showcase your accomplishments, which is what will matter the most. Finally don’t include anything that might not be appropriate or politically-correct even though it was part of your military duties.
