Award Plaques Are Perfect For a Job Well Done

Our car dealership is always trying to boost morale, and we like to offer incentives to the top sales people in our department. Last year we started something new after realizing that the employees really did like to get some kind of special recognition for their achievements. We started having award plaques engraved for the top salesman, and we would present it to them and see if they wanted to hang it on their wall. This became so popular that we are now also giving them out for other achievements, and we have found that it is a great motivational tool. Everyone likes recognition for a job well done!
