Building Up Our Share Ownership

The company where I work has been adding investment products to the benefits programs. We are now all able to open accounts and join in share ownership of the company. It allows us all to collect a nice retirement account of stocks and to learn about the process of owning shares. We also have a sense of pride and more of a strong interest in the business now since we are directly affected as those who own bits of the whole thing. It is a new program for us but we are all quite happy about it so far and excited to continue.
