Career coaching as a career requires good communication skills

The requirements to take up the profession of career coaching are quite high. Although a specific educational qualification is not mandatory, good communication skills, ability to solve problems creatively and sufficient experience in field of coaching as well as the field of expertise is definitely required. Good oratory skills would be an added advantage. Career coaching is quite different from career counseling. Most people believe that career coaching is an inherent skill, though it can be developed over years of training and experience and by focusing on public speaking skills. Career coaching is fast spreading as the best career option for most people.
