What is the gist of the whole planning process? It is to set up a structured requirements management system which is organized. When the whole plan is complete there should not be any flaws in the flow of the system. What contributes to the flaws? It has a lot to do with lack of structure in the communications flow. As well, the flaws come from lack of logical flow of the plan for operations. How can this be resolved? By using organized, computer software which uses and requires all vital information to function properly, the end result is a smooth running operation.
