How to Pull in More Sales

When you are into sales and you have people who do the selling for you, you need them to be inspired. You give them inspirational talks whenever you can. If you are not good at it, you can ask someone who is able. Selling is about feeling good most of the time. Give high incentives to your sales force to make them feel special, needed, and blessed. You can give them more without actually harming the working capital. When properly recognized, they will do their best even more. Set goals, and the ones who reach these can be recognized with trophy cups that they can proudly display at their workstations.
