I Wish We Had More Storage Areas for Truck Trailers

What do you do when you need to drop your load for a couple of days, but you have to make sure that it stays safe while you are away from it? Many truckers like myself choose to put our load in a truck trailer storage area, preferably one with a fence and a security guard. You would not believe how many unattended tractor trailers have been vandalized by well prepared thieves who pull up in trucks and transfer everything they can and then disappear into the night. It is a very costly problem for company owners and a black mark on the trucker’s record. I only wish we had more secure storage for these big boys.
