Looking for Hotel Construction Loans Online

I realize that the current economic climate is not conducive to starting a new business, but I have an opportunity that I cannot pass up.  My brother and I want to build a hotel on a piece of land that we inherited from our grandfather.  The land is located approximately five miles outside of our hometown.  This area has seen an increase in tourism due to new attractions that have been built.  So far a new outlet mall, golf course, and several new restaurants have been constructed.  There are plans to build an amusement and water park near by.  There is only one hotel in a twenty-five mile radius of our town.  We have found a web site that specializes in hotel construction loans and hopefully we will succeed in obtaining the financing we need to begin construction.
