Many folks have seen a lovely, antique porcelain, bronze, glass, and brass door handles and wished it had all of its hardware so we would be able to put it on one of our doors. We wish to put them on show, but how? You can spruce up your entryway, your bathroom, or your child’s room with this simple project :a few pretty door knobs A wood base ( A straightforward and cheap base is a sanded 1′x 6′ cut to length and finished. ) 1-1/2′ wood screws with heads that may fit inside the base of your door knobs ( as many as you have knobs )Construction glue that sticks wood to metal 2-1/2′ screws with drywall anchors for mounting ( These screws will be showing. Choose in an appropriate way. )
