My cousins just asked me to join them in their new business venture. It is a home improvement business. I told them I do not know anything about home improvement. They laughed and said that they knew that. They need me because I know my way around managing a business. They are concerned about keeping up with all the requirements of a business. Contractors Insurance, licensing, fees and permits are all part of what it takes to run a business and all things that they have avoided thinking about while they were someone else’s employees. Now they have their own employees and assets to protect.
