Taking the Google Cash fakers to court

Recently Google filed a lawsuit against companies they claimed were not only using their trademark illegally, but also using it to scam people and trying to make the people thing that their products were endorsed or even owned by Google.
Unfortunately the original Google Cash has seemed to have got caught up in the lawsuit publicity cross-hairs and has finally decided to step forward and clear things up by giving away the book in order to show that it is actually an actionable guide that should not be lumped into the types of products Google is clearly taking action against.
Hopefully it’s not a case of too little, too late.
