The leed certification that interests Allen

Last night I had my neighbor Allen come over for drinks and play some chess. Over the years we have played some pretty awesome chess games. I can honestly say I’m better at chess than Allen is; however he surprises me on occasion. While playing chess I told him about my upcoming brokers exam that I’m going to be taking in San Francisco. He told me about the leed certification that he is looking to get. Sometimes we talk during the game to distract one another. I guess that’s kind of childish, but then again we don’t take the game very seriously to begin with.
