Training Employees the Right Way

There have been times when I have tried to figure out what else I need to do to encourage my employees to work hard. But every time I see them in the office, it seems like they are just not very motivated. That is why I have decided that I need to do some employee development and training. If I can figure out what each of them needs, and what we need to do to help them, I know it will make sense. I just want them to feel like they have everything they need to be the best employee they need to be.
