The USTA are also fostering to all their athletes the value of being dedicated to the sport of baton twirling. They teach their performers the right teamwork and how to accept loses in a very professional manner. They are into supporting the needs of all their athletes as well as giving them moral support. One of their purposes is also to provide lines of communications in all bodies. Their main purpose why they do exist is to bring greater awareness to all individuals about the sport of baton twirling. They would try to show off to everybody how good this sport is and as well as enhancing the growth of this sport.
