Making a commercial property investment is always an engaging call to make. It isn’t good purchasing a commercial property when there’s a recession in progress and it is not a very good time to buy when the economy is exploding and the price of commercial properties are going sky-high. Buying a commercial property at ‘just the right time’ maximizes profitability and capital gains and looks to be at the cusp of a rise.
the issue is, how does one know where this cusp is? How does one know where this cusp basically occurs frequently is dependent on experience, judgement and good business info.
