Which Type To Choose

Money has been a real issue for my family and my father lost his job last year. My mother has still been working part time, but they cannot make ends meet anymore. My mother called to tell me that she and my father were considering bankruptcy and she was asking me about the different types of bankruptcy. She said that my father is just sick about it, but he had a heart attack and they had no health insurance and they can never pay off all of those medical bills. I told her not to worry and that I would help them in any way that I could. I made her an appointment with an attorney and I am going with her to discuss their options.
