Choosing Between a Water Detox Diet and a Juice Detox Diet

No matter what your reasons for going on a detox diet, choosing between the many types available is rarely easy. But if you think about all the relevant factors in your life, you can usually boil it down to simply choosing what’s best for you. The basic decision in any detox-style diet is between water and juice-based plans, and so that’s what we’ll focus on helping you decide between.

Are you in robust good health, and in an environment that doesn’t demand too much of you physically or mentally? In that case, a water diet might be best for you, since you can afford the extra strain on your system that absolute detoxification requires.
