Getting Muscle and Losing Weight With a Workout Routine

I was feeling more confident and seeing some real positive changes being made. I was ecstatic. I did not think I would be successful. However, I found that as long as I followed the muscle building workout plan my friend had been successful on, I would lose weight too. I really liked seeing how my body was changing. Clothes were fitting better and I was more comfortable at the beach. I no longer had to cover up and hide my body. Now, I was proud of myself for taking positive steps to achieve my goals. I knew that I had made the right decision to follow my friend’s plan.
