Some healthy living tips for eating fish are mainly to choose the fish that rank the highest in purity and zero chance of toxins. One of the best fish to eat is salmon, not only because it tastes great with alot of different ways of cooking it and its one of the largest sources of omega 3 fatty acids on the planet. Good salmon is available in almost all high grade seafood restaurants, cooked in a variety of different ways. Eating good fish is one of the best ways to eat better food and still be able to enjoy it.
