It is inevitable for many women to ask if there are ways on how to get a flat stomach within just a couple of weeks or so. The truth is, there are no miracle products.
However, with enough discipline and determination, getting a flat stomach in two weeks time is possible. The first thing would be to eat fibrous foods. These foods must be taken for the whole two weeks. Water must also be taken while avoiding high-sodium diets.
Then, as with any other way on how to get a flat stomach, sugary foods and drinks, fatty or fried foods, and carbohydrate-rich foods must be avoided altogether. And of course, without exercise, obtaining a flat stomach will not be possible.
