If you are planning on taking on any type of strength training program to build muscle mass, it is not enough to merely go to the gym every day to lift weights. You also need to make adjustments to your dietary habits to facilitate your muscle gain. Strength training while eating all of the wrong foods will render all of your weight lifting to be relegated to nothing more than an exercise in futility. What needs to happen is that you must take great care to eat a diet rich with foods that are conducive to muscle gain and which metabolize quickly.
