Not a Couch Potato Anymore

It wasn’t important for me to get trim and fit. I was a couch potato binging on fast food and I was satisfied until I got to the doctor and he said I’ve got high blood pressure. I was so surprised, at first, but then I realized that I needed to correct my lifestyle and personal habits. My health buff sister introduced me to the paleo diet with the use of a video. I was so convinced that I let her start me on it the next day. I had fruits and salad for breakfast and natural organic packed lunches followed by grass-fed beef and more fruits and vegetables for dinner. This went on for several weeks and I immediately felt the benefits. I had a lot of vitality to go out with my friends, have fun and have some exercise. I wasn’t on the couch anymore! My blood pressure also normalized. It’s really effective, try it!
