Slim fast is more than a line of shakes diet shakes. It involves six small meals/snacks every day. The Slim Fast program purportedly make it easier to stick to the program and the meal plans help provide structure to keep you on track. You have to like the way the products of the diet taste or you will not stay with the plan. The program has its own positive aspects.
