Where Is Hay Fever From?

There are literally countless hay fever sufferers all across the globe, and for many the summer months can be intolerable as signs and symptoms can be relatively serious.Even though more open spaces with trees and shrubs are more highly pollinated, hay fever sufferers can continue to come under attack as pollen travels easily on the wind.Specific trees such as willow, lime, birch, hazel and olive are considered to be highly pollinated and patients are told to stay inside especially in early mornings and evenings when the pollen count reaches its highest. Even hanging wet clothes to dry can cause a reaction as pollen is caught in the clothes as they dry.A lot of allergies elimination are available nowadays to keep hay fever under control and if adhered to sufferers can lead more or less normal lives once more.
