Can you really say how quickly you will lose weight?

People are always wondering ‘How long does it take to lose weight?‘. But there is no real one answer to this question, we all have different bodies, different metabolisms, and each of us has a different daily routine which burns a different amount of calories. Combine that with different eating habits and you can see why this is incredibly hard question to answer. With most diets then you can see some weight loss in the first week, and definitely some good weight loss within the first two. Then most diets will give you gradual weight loss of a couple of pounds a week for as long as you need to stay on the diet.
