Causes Of Trapped Nerve

October 16th, 2009

A Trapped Nerve will usually occur in grown-ups over 36. It is very important to take measures to prevent stress spreading to other parts of your body. Not standing correctly or not sitting correctly. It can also be caused by picking up heavy boxes. The nerves in the back and the spine are incredibly easy to damage so they can’t take any type of pressure on them. Often the pain in the back may also spread to all over the body such as the arms and legs. You may also suffer from a tingling sensation in those parts. With treatment, the trapped nerve becomes relaxed and the pain gradually subsides.
