Expert Opinion Necessary For Wrist Fracture
April 20th, 2009
Last month I went for for a run with my dog, and he got excited and jerked the leash out of my hand. I braced my fall with my hands, and I heard a pop and immediately felt pain and tingling. I went to an urgent care center and had an X-Ray taken, and they said that my wrist was broken. They referred me to a hand specialist who could determine what kind of treatment I would need. When I met the doctor, I was impressed by his knowledge and experience pertaining to these kinds of injuries. Luckily I didn’t need surgery, and my wrist is doing much better.
