Finding a Way to Lessen Epilepsy Seizures

I have a hard time knowing what sort of information on the internet is true and what isn’t. Anyone can write anything. I am trying to find out whether there is something to the diet for epilepsy, since I would really love to find a way to get back my little girl. She has to take so much medicine for her seizures that she is pretty spacey now, and she can’t do so many things she used to enjoy. It is hard to watch. Can anyone tell me whether this diet can really help? I figure this would be an easy thing to try.
