Good Red Meat

It is difficult to hold onto any muscle mass if you completly eliminate red meat from your diet.  Red meat will build muscle faster and better then eating white meat like turkey or chicken. Dont worry about flat stomach workouts because you will gain alittle bit of fat.  Eating red meat will also elevate your testosterone levels. Red meat may have more fat than chicken but it is all good fat.  Eating the right amount will give you great results.  Just choose the lean cuts and ground beef.  Flank steak is a great choice of red meat.  Eat it Once a week at least.
