Gout- an inflammatory disease

What causes Gout? The deposition of uric acid as crystals in joints is the primary cause of Gout. Those crystals create an inflammatory response that creates the extreme pain that those clients experiencing with gout.  When the uric acid is too high in the blood circulation then this uric acid gets crystallized in the joints since the kidney could no longer excrete the uric acid, it goes through the blood that causes it high. Uric acid is produced from purines that are normally taken in as part of the diet. Gout mainly affects the big toe joint of the foot and is easily diagnosed as the joint is usually hot, swollen and red. Once you experience the initial attack you could not get over through it because of the pain it causes it.
