How to Conquer the Dreaded Jetlag

You entire trip can be ruined by jetlag if you do not know how to handle it.  For instance, you may be celebrating your honeymoon and the place of choice requires a flight that will last at least 13 hours. Well, by the time the flight is over and you check into the hotel room, exhaustion has raised its ugly head and the only thing that you want to do is rest. That is what you need to do. When planning your trip, take one whole day and night if possible just to rest before you start your planned activities. Even plan to arrive at your destination a few days in advance so that you will have the time to rest. You will be surprised what one day of rest will do for your body.
