I’m A Personal Trainer, I Like To Keep Ab Exercises Different And New

I’m a personal trainer at the local gym near where I live and I have some loyal clients that count on me to keep them looking, and feeling, their best. And I’m not about to let them down, so I make it a point to continuously look for ab exercises that are new and fresh, so that the routines I teach my clients never get old and boring. This week I’m going to be teaching them walking lunges, next week I’m going to focus on floor planks. I found a fantastic site that helps make my job easier, and it’s nice to get a helping hand sometimes.
