Improving Stamina with Heart Rate Monitor

I’ve often heard my friend talked about the fun she had during her workout sessions at the gym. She often met new people and made new friends. I was also interested at her story where she actually met a long lost friend during one of her aerobic sessions! Due to this, I wanted to join her. Besides making new friends, I can improve my stamina and physique as age is catching up. To kick start, I bought some gym wear, the best heart rate monitor available in the market and also some energy bars for nourishment. Signing up for gym was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
