Jared the guy that has an oximeter

A couple of days ago my boss asked me to attend a business meeting that the city was putting on downtown. For the past few weeks the city, and county, has been trying to find ways to generate interest in expanding businesses in the area. Everybody these days seems to be trying to promote business. The guy I went to the meeting with, Jared, is an older guy who seems to have his finger on the pulse for the city. He also is the guy that has a Nonin go2 achieve oximeter which seems to help him manage his health needs.
