Learning Ways To Reduce Stress

My job as a real estate agent has me running all over town, and since the housing market has softened, I am never sure when or if I will receive a paycheck. I found myself having dreams about work, and then I would wake up and not be able to fall asleep again. I had tried stress reduction techniques, but wasn’t having much success. I found some contact information for a therapist in my area, and she was able to help me develop the necessary skills to get the rest that I needed. I am more productive now, and I have a more positive outlook.
