Medifast Meal Plans for Diabetics

It is very hard to find weight loss meal plans specifically designed for diabetics. Well, there is a company that does prepare a program for diabetics.  That company is Medifast and is an online company where you can order the package that is just right for you. There have been studies that show that diabetic clients who use the Medifast plan lose twice as much weight as those who use the ADA weight loss plan.  They are also more likely to be able to discontinue or decrease their diabetes medication. The Medifast Program has been recommended by doctors for over 25 years.
