Rachael ray diet

Rachael ray diet is then sent to the small intestine. In your small intestine are millions of little villi eagerly waiting to absorb your now usable nutrients so that they can be transported to all your hungry cells. With the exception of fruit, by the time food reaches the small intestine it has already been broken down into nutrients. Fruit becomes a nutrient within the small intestine. A note about Fruit. While all other foods have to spend time digesting in your mouth and for your stomach, fruit is an exception because it contains all the enzymes it needs to form nutrients within itself; so your body’s enzymes are not required either in your mouth or in your stomach to process it, and the fruit slips through, barely hesitating.
