This is a new topic and something different right? Depression is a mental and psychological state. And vitamins affect the physical well being. So what is the connection? Well, there is a deep connection. Vitamin deficiency can lead to nausea, dizziness, giddiness etc. It may even give you symptoms like excess sleep or a completely contrast insomnia. Now such conditions can really affect your performance at work. And so if you are performing badly then this is going to affect your self esteem. And with these reasons there may be depression. S o deficiency of vitamins can lead to depression. Also, vitamins are required for emotional well being too. It affects your mental state also. B vitamins enhance your mental ability and your emotional well being. Popularly B vitamins are called as happy vitamins. So, what do you think vitamins are better or taking medication for depression? You can derive these B complex vitamins from various food sources and you can also talk to your doctor and tell him the symptoms and ask him to prescribe a multivitamin tablet. Women are more prone to such conditions and because they manage home as well as work they might be deficient in vitamins.
