Importance of Lubrication

Garage door is a very heavy mechanical device and like all other mechanical devices, it also needs some regular maintenance and repair. This regular maintenance does not include anything extra complex and there are very basic and simple tasks to implement. Lubrication is almost half of the maintenance and this is also not very difficult task. You just need some screw drivers to open and close the man box of the garage door. After opening it, lubricate all the moving parts with a brush but do not over lubricate your door because that will make it greasy and it will start to experience jerks.
