Bread Machine to Convince the Skeptics

My bread machine is one of the best things I have in my kitchen. It’s even managed to win over my husband who used to believe the best bread makers are those who do it by hand. Well, some people have the touch, and some don’t. It took a lot of failed attempts at bread making before my husband and I accepted the fact that we don’t have that vital touch. We did feel like we were cheating when we used the machine for the first time though, but the taste of that first loaf of bread quickly dispelled our doubts. Nowadays, we even come up with our own recipes!
