With immediate access to recipes on the internet, theres little or no excuse for grabbing a burger and fries on the way home. Instead, try making one of many healthy recipes with chicken. They can be baked, broiled, or even grilled then combined with a premade sauce to create a great tasting, healthy, low calorie meal for you and your family. So grab some chicken at the grocery store and stick it in the freezer to have when you need it to whip up a wonderful meal at a moments notice.
