Cream of Mushroom Meatloaf

Here’s the easiest way to get an amazing meatloaf recipe with a great twist, cream of mushroom! It’s a fantastic rendition of an old favorite.
What you need: 1 lb beef, 1 egg, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp mustard, 2 tbsp ketchup, 1/4 cup chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste, 1 can of Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup. (light or free doesn’t work well)
Mix everything together in a large mixing bowl, except for the cream of mushroom. Transfer to a baking loaf pan, and put the cream of mushroom on top, condensed, not with any water or milk. Poke some holes in the meatloaf so the mushroom can sink in. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
