Now Seems To Be A Good Time To Sell Condominiums In Downtown Toronto

September 29th, 2009

The condo market in Toronto has not been the greatest for the first half of 2009 but seems to be changing.  Fueled by pent-up demand and low interest rates condominiums in downtown Toronto that were once finding it to be a tough time to sell are now fielding multiple offers on their units.  This is great news for sellers who are looking to trade up in the real estate market because as property owners become more confident they will start to put their homes on the market.  This in turn gives more choice for buyers and a move-up buyer is also a seller.  It is a classic chicken and egg scenario.  People will not list their home if they cannot find anything to buy.
