Percentage of People Interested in Gardening Increases

In a series of surveys by the Horticultural Trades Association (HTA) it seems that people are getting more interested in gardening, but there are still a lot who don’t feel confident in their gardening abilities. Over the past four years the number of those who say they are more interested in gardening has increased by 10%. Yet, only 6% of those who responded say they have a good knowledge about the garden. Garden centres are good places where those who lack confidence can often get some good tips. So, when shopping for gardening supplies you should never be afraid to ask for advice. The staff at these places are usually only too willing to help nurture the interest in the garden.
