Seasonal Landlord Insurance?

My friends, Jeremy and Amanda, own six small cottages with a lakeside view. During the months of April through September they rent out five of the cottages and they stay in the sixth one. One night while I was visiting them, we talked about insurance. Did you know that if you rent out cottages or cabins during one or two seasons of the year, that you might qualify for seasonal insurance? As you inquire about insurance, be sure to ask for landlord insurance quotes for year round and for seasonal use. Depending on where you live,you might qualify, and end up saving thousands of dollars over the years.
